SWAD REFUND POLICY

At SWAD, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be in their original packaging
Exceptions:
- Hygiene products and underwear cannot be returned
- Sale items are final sale unless faulty
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty
International Returns:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping time may vary by location
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of returned items
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Faulty Items:
- We will cover return shipping costs for faulty items
- Please provide clear photos of the fault when initiating the return
- Replacement or refund options available
