All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Australia.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, requests will be denied. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow extra time during holidays and sale seasons.
